July 22, 2009 - Roderick Jackson, a graduate student in Samuel Graham's group, is the recipient of the Young Researcher Award, given for best graduate student oral presentation at the International Symposium on Flexible Organic Electronics (IS-FOE). His presentation was titled Evaluation of Transparent Carbon Nanotube Networks of Homogeneous Electrical Type.
About the Young Researcher Award
IS-FOE gives the opportunity to 2 Graduate Students to be awarded for the Best Presentation (Oral or Poster).
Eligibility Criteria for the IS-FOE Young Researcher Award:
- The applicant must be registered as a graduate student with a PhD thesis research program that is closely related to the scope of one of sessions held during the IS-FOE.
- The applicant must be one of the co-authors of a submitted abstract and must be entrusted with the (oral or poster) presentation.
Award Benefits
- Each award will be comprised by the waiver of the IS-FOE registration fees and the accommodation expenses.
