Organic Field-Effect Transistor (OFET)
Researchers

The Center for Organic Photonics and Electronics at the Georgia Institute of Technology has engaged in a new project with Solvay S.A. consisting of an integrated research program to develop organics-based thin-film transistors that can be fabricated onto low-cost flexible substrates at low temperature for applications in plastic electronics. This project integrates materials modeling, material synthesis, discrete device fabrication, and testing, design, simulation, and assessment of simple circuits.
